VR headset LooxidVR tracks both: eyes and brain waves

The new LooxitVR set from Looxid-Labs claims itself an emotion detector. It detects next to the eyes also brain waves (EEG in 6 channels) in real time. It needs a smartphone within the headset (google daydream compatible) and a macOS or Linux computer. According to the developers from the eye position and the brain waved it can be derived what the person is currently feeling. A first prototype of the headset for developers will be available for 3000 US dollars in February 2018. Currently there are retrofit kits in development for Samsung Gear VR and HTC Vive.
